Shipping methods

Return Policy

Items purchased within 14 days are eligible for refunds if you have not used the thing. The refund will be issued in the form of store credit (a Credit Note) to be used within the entire shop for a year. After a year, if not used, they are automatically credited back to your credit card.

Pick-up-Point Locator

Depending on our partnerships, we might open Pick-up-Points in different countries. This option will show when Ribunok entertain pop-up stores but it is not a guarantee that the option is present everywhere. This is why filling your shipping address is the best way for us to honor the order.

If you selected a Pick-up-Point, please note that cash-on-hand is not accepted but payment by credit card is. 

Door-to-door shipping service

For orders shipping to Switzerland and countries in the European Union, we offer standard shipping for a flat fee of CHF 15 per order and expedited shipping for a flat fee of CHF 25 per order.

Orders over CHF 50 USD (excluding duties, taxes, and shipping) will receive free standard shipping.

International Parcel Delivery

For all other international countries, we offer expedited shipping for a flat fee of CHF 25 per order. Orders over CHF 500 USD (excluding duties, taxes, and shipping) will receive free standard shipping.
